Privacy Policy
1.Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how EASEHAWK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("MoxSend", "we") collects and processes personal data in connection with the MoxSend platform, including MoxWarm and MoxCheck. For your account data we act as a controller; for recipient data you upload for campaigns or verification we act as your processor under a Data Processing Addendum.
2.Data We Collect
- Account data: name, work email, company, password hash, plan and billing records (payment card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored by us).
- Campaign & recipient data (you upload): recipient names, email addresses, companies, and campaign content, processed on your instructions.
- Verification data: email addresses submitted to MoxCheck and the technical signals generated during verification (e.g., MX and SMTP responses).
- Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and feature usage.
- Communications: support requests and correspondence.

4.Regional Compliance
We design the Service for customers in the GCC, India, Europe, and beyond, and we intend to process personal data consistently with the EU/UK GDPR, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 (and DIFC/ADGM regimes where applicable), and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
5.Sharing & Subprocessors
We share personal data only with: (a) infrastructure and service providers acting as subprocessors under contract (hosting, email infrastructure, payments, analytics); (b) professional advisers; (c) authorities where legally required; and (d) a successor entity in a corporate transaction, subject to this Policy. We do not sell personal data.
6.International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, PDPL-compliant transfer mechanisms, and equivalent measures.
7.Retention
- Account data: for the life of the account and up to 2 months after closure.
- Campaign and recipient data: for the duration of your subscription; deleted or returned within 60 days of termination on request.
- Verification results: cached up to 60 days to avoid double-charging repeated checks.
- Billing records: as required by tax law.
8.Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact hello@moxsend.ai. If you are a recipient of email sent by a MoxSend customer, that customer is the controller of your data — contact them first; we will assist them in honouring your request, and every email sent through MoxSend includes an unsubscribe mechanism.
9.Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of personal-data breaches as required by law.

11.Children
The Service is a business tool and is not directed to individuals under 18; we do not knowingly collect their data.
