Information we collect

• Account information such as your name, business email address, company details, login information, and support messages.
• Campaign and workspace data such as contacts, prospect lists, templates, sequences, analytics, sender settings, and campaign performance data.
• Connected mailbox data when you authorize an integration, including email messages, metadata, labels, threads, drafts, sent messages, settings, and related mailbox information needed to provide Moxsend features.
• Technical data such as device, browser, IP address, log data, security events, cookies, and usage analytics.

Google and Gmail data

If you connect a Gmail account, Moxsend may request Google OAuth permissions including https://mail.google.com/ and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. These permissions may allow Moxsend to read email messages and settings, compose drafts, send email, manage campaign-related mailbox actions, and, where a user explicitly initiates or configures that action in the product, delete Gmail messages. We request these permissions to provide visible product features such as sending campaigns from your mailbox, preparing drafts, tracking replies, syncing conversations, analyzing campaign performance, managing sequences, and showing inbox-related insights in Moxsend.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure, support, and improve Moxsend.
• To connect email accounts, send authorized campaigns, generate and manage drafts, detect replies, update campaign status, and show analytics.
• To personalize user-facing product features, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, enforce limits, and maintain deliverability and security.
• To communicate with you about beta access, product updates, support, security, billing, and administrative matters.

Google API Limited Use disclosure

Moxsend use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible in Moxsend. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build unrelated profiles. Humans do not read Gmail content unless you give explicit consent for support, it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, or it is required by law.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data or Google user data. We may share data with service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, deliver, support, or operate Moxsend, but only as needed for those services and under confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate notice or consent where required.

Storage, retention, and deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide Moxsend, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. You can disconnect Gmail access through your Google Account permissions or inside Moxsend where available. You may request deletion of your account or workspace data by contacting [email protected]. After deletion, residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, encryption in transit where supported, monitoring, and restricted internal access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect user data and respond responsibly to security issues.

Your choices

You may update account information, manage campaign data, unsubscribe from non-essential communications, disconnect integrations, revoke Google OAuth access, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting us.
